Jan 16, 2010 · Re: Is there a similar tool to Peerblock for Ubuntu??? You're in luck, there's a built in IP blocker in Transmission torrent client. Open Transmission, select Edit/Preferences/Privacy --- tick Enable blocklist and then click the update button & you're done. Tick auto update too.
